>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tResumen\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-icon-box-description\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\tEl presente proyecto propone lo siguiente como hip\u00f3tesis de trabajo: mediante un procesamiento adecuado de molienda y tratamiento t\u00e9rmico a la semilla de amaranto, se obtienen diferentes harinas aceptables sensorialmente y de f\u00e1cil conservaci\u00f3n.\nSe estudiar\u00e1 la estabilidad de las harinas obtenidas seg\u00fan sus caracter\u00edsticas organol\u00e9pticas, f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmicas y microbiol\u00f3gicas para determinar su vida \u00fatil, en condiciones ambientales.\nSe pretende obtener las harinas para posteriormente utilizarlas como materia prima para el desarrollo de nuevos productos aptos para cel\u00edacos.\nPodr\u00eda contribuir al avance del conocimiento en el \u00e1rea de la tecnolog\u00eda de alimentos, aportar nuevos alimentos para un mercado con requerimientos especiales, con un tiempo de conservaci\u00f3n aceptable para el mercado.\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
